We need a mid-weight Digital Project Manager to get stuck into all aspects of managing a project end-to-end.

Company Background

In the heart of Soho, Mobile5 was established in 2011 as the first “Mobile First” agency. Very quickly we realised we were ahead of the curve in encouraging brands to recognise a new reality in consumer behaviour, the ever-increasing time people were spending on mobile devices, combined with increasing diversity of things they were doing on mobile.

The company has grown quickly over the past 4 years to more than 50 people with an annual turnover of more than £6 million. In early 2014 we sold a share of our business to Omnicom, giving us the strength and backing of a major advertising and media network. But we stayed true to our roots with a culture and atmosphere of a start-up, with all the energy and opportunity for talent that brings. Tasks & Responsibilities.

Who are we looking for?

  • A mid-weight Digital Project Manager to get stuck into all aspects of managing a project end to end, from pitch through to scoping, planning, development, QA and launch.
  • Projects include websites, apps, and digital out of home
  • Work closely with multiple clients on a daily basis
  • Understanding of UX/UI in the digital space, and comfortable briefing designers.
  • Competent in working closely with developers, from sprint planning to story writing
  • Deliver digital projects across web and mobile
  • Create detailed requirements and project plans
  • Ensure risks, issues and actions are raised and tracked
  • Develop strong relationships with internal teams and 3rd parties


Required Skills.

What we want to see

  • 3+ years’ digital agency experience
  • You will have proven experience of taking full ownership and driving projects through their full lifecycle
  • Experience of iOS and Android App builds
  • Experience with digital out of home projects
  • Great attention to detail
  • Good broad PM experience and use of Risk & Issues logs etc.
  • An understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Working knowledge of OmniPlan or equivalent project planning tool
  • Working knowledge of Jira or equivalent
  • Fully competent in MS Office suite
  • Interest in digital and mobile technologies
  • Experience with WordPress CMS desirable
