The ultimate F1 experience.

Google approached Renault with the idea of creating a competition, where the ultimate prize would be to drive a Renault F1 race car!

Mobile5 were tasked with creating a mechanism to facilitate finding a winner, based on skill, speed, and reaction times - crucial skills for the budding racing driver.

THE SOLUTION

The winning Formula won.

We created 4 online minigrames, complete with leaderboard.The top 5 finalists were flown to Silverstone race track for a 3 day training bootcamp. Finalists competed for the opportunity to be trained by professional Renault F1 driver Nico Hülkenberg, and ultimately drive the Renault F1 car.

THE RESULT

In the 2 week campaign, there were 100,000 sessions from all over the world, with average engagement times of nearly 5 minutes.Also the games received a personal endorsement from Tony Parker (Professional NBA basketball player) who participated in the online games!
